      Thank you so much for fixing my order. The first product delivered was very different. I understand some changes may happen but the first one (delivered Friday) was dark and there was no harmony so I sent an email explaining my disappointment on Saturday.
      For my surprise, on Monday momma received more flowers and she loved. I didn't see the new one yet but I believe it was more like this one, light, sweet and full of harmony.
      She loved the chocolates and the balloon as well! :)

      I bought these flowers for my girlfriend the night before she went to work so she would get them the next day. I ordered them around 8 pm. She got off work at 2:30 p.m and the flowers got there before she left. The flowers were beautiful and delivered in perfect time. You guys are awesome!

      Once the arrangement got to its destination, the display was very nice. The flowers were fresh and full and pretty much as shown in photo.

      We ran into problems with order being sent same day which required many follow up phone calls and delivery next day, however, the company showed good customer recovery and offered follow up and discount for future purchases. Perhaps this was a one time situation - I will try GiftTree again.
